We are pleased to inform you that Ventury Moulding Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring 15 Electronics Assembly Technicians. The job is open to eligible candidates who have completed their training in the following trades:
🎯 Preferred Trades:
Electrical
Electronics
IT / COPA
💡 Note: 3–4 candidates may also be considered from Mechanical trades (Fitter and Welder).

Job Responsibilities
Electrical assembly technician
Primary Responsibilities:
· Perform soldering operations on electronic components and assemblies, ensuring high-quality joints and adherence to specifications.
· Interpret assembly instructions, assembly drawings, and schematics to correctly position components on circuit boards.
· Perform manual assembly of electrical equipment following instructions and according to specifications.
· Test product to ensure conformance to specifications.
· Basic computer operation and ability to use desktop applications to perform data entry.
· Implement safety procedures to handle heated tools and equipment and to dispose of hazardous materials.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with safety and quality standards.
· Morning and evening shift duties after training
Qualifications:
· High school with ITI certificate in electrical / electronic or related field, with a focus on soldering and assembly techniques.
· Should have basic soldering and multimeter use
· Basic computer application and operation
· Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
· Adequate verbal and written communication skills.
