Job Title: Refrigeration Technician
No. of Postion- 5
Qualification: ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC)
Department: Maintenance
Location: Paraj, Bardhaman (East), West Bengal
Reports To: Engineer Utility
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems (split, window, VRV/VRF, cold rooms, chillers, etc.)
2. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
3. Check and maintain refrigerant levels; handle refrigerant recovery, recycling, and charging.
4. Diagnose system malfunctions and replace defective components (motors, fans, thermostats, etc.)
5. Inspect and test system operation, pressures, temperatures, and electrical circuits using appropriate tools.
6. Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and daily activity reports.
Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians for repair schedules and spare part requirements.
Qualification: ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC)
Experience - 6months to 3 yrs (fresher can also apply)
Salary- upto 21 K CTC/ PM
Shift- 8.30hrs (rotational)
