Job Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role where selected candidates will be engaged in fire protection system installations, maintenance, and other related site activities across multiple project locations.
Role Details:
Role Title: Technician – Site
Location: PAN India (Outside WB Project/Maintenance Sites)
Gender Preference: Male candidates only
Important Note:
Candidates must be hardworking and comfortable with outstation travel (Out of WB) and long stays (3–4 months) at project or maintenance sites, depending on assignment requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Recently passed ITI in Electrician
Compensation & Benefits Structure
CTC (Annual): Starting from ₹2.5 LPA
Probation Period:
• The employee will be on a probation period of 1 (one) year from the date of joining.
• Confirmation of employment will be subject to satisfactory performance during the probation period.
Grade-wise In-hand Salary:
• Grade A (High Skill / Knowledge Category): ₹12,900 (In-hand)
• Grade B: ₹9,900 (In-hand)
Note: Grades will be determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, interview performance, and/or practical experience.
Statutory Benefits:
• Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) are applicable and provided by the company.
Allowances & Benefits (Applicable to Both Grades):
• Food Allowance: ₹300 per day based on actual days worked/stayed on-site
Upto ₹9,000 per month (Transferred directly to Employee Bank Account)
• Discomfort Allowance: ₹2,000 per month for 30 continuous days of outstation site stay (applicable after successful completion of probation period).
• Travel Allowance: Provided by the company.
