Security Warden – Shopping Complex (Job Description)\n\nConduct regular patrols of the shopping complex to ensure the safety and security of customers, tenants, staff, and property.\nMonitor and control access points, service entrances, loading bays, and restricted areas.\nOperate and monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment to identify potential security threats.\nRespond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, thefts, and customer complaints.\nPrevent and report suspicious activities, shoplifting, vandalism, and unauthorized access within the complex.\nMaintain accurate records of incidents, visitor entries, security checks, and daily security activities.\nCoordinate with tenants, facility management, emergency responders, and law enforcement agencies when required.\nEnforce shopping complex security policies, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.\nAssist in crowd management during peak hours, promotional events, festivals, and emergency evacuations.\nProvide professional customer assistance and maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for shoppers and tenants.
