Description

Security Warden Job Description Supervise and coordinate all security operations across the factory premises to ensure a safe working environment. Monitor entry and exit points to control access, verify identities, and prevent unauthorized entry. Conduct regular patrols (both scheduled and random) of the facility to detect and deter security breaches. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and potential hazards, taking appropriate action. Lead, train, and evaluate security staff on protocols, standards, and emergency responses. Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and records of all security-related activities. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required. Inspect security systems (CCTV, alarms, access controls) and report malfunctions promptly. Conduct safety briefings and coordinate drills for fire, evacuation, and other emergency responses.
