We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Developer with expertise in Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions that enhance our products and services.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms using Python.
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets to prepare them for modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Evaluate model performance and implement necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct research to identify new machine learning techniques and methodologies that can enhance our product offerings.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, ECE, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in machine learning or data science if any.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for machine learning services.
• Understanding of deep learning frameworks and techniques.
