Description

Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and security of the factory premises, employees, visitors, and assets. Monitor entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials. Conduct regular patrols and security checks throughout the factory. Maintain visitor, vehicle, and material movement records. Prevent unauthorized access, theft, and security violations. Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and fire alarms. Report security incidents and suspicious activities to management. Ensure compliance with company security and safety procedures. Assist during emergency evacuations and safety drills. Requirements: Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response. Good communication and observation skills. Physically fit and able to work in shifts. Prior security experience in an industrial or factory environment preferred.
