Description
A MERN Stack Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The role involves designing scalable architecture, writing clean code, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN stack\nBuild responsive user interfaces using React.js\nDesign and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js\nManage and optimize MongoDB databases\nImplement authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.)\nIntegrate third-party APIs and services\nEnsure application performance, scalability, and security\nDebug, test, and fix bugs across the application\nCollaborate with UI\/UX designers, backend teams, and stakeholders\nFollow Agile\/Scrum development methodologies\nTechnical Skills Required\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)\nExperience with React.js (Hooks, Redux\/Context API)\nBackend development using Node.js & Express.js\nDatabase handling with MongoDB (Mongoose)\nUnderstanding of REST APIs & JSON\nFamiliarity with Git version control\nKnowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap\/Tailwind\nExperience with API testing tools (Postman)\nBasic understanding of Docker \/ CI-CD (optional but preferred)\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor09s degree in Computer Science or related field\n14 years of experience in MERN stack development\nExperience in deploying apps on AWS \/ Azure \/ Vercel \/ Netlify\nKnowledge of TypeScript (optional but valuable)\nSoft Skills\nProblem-solving mindset\nGood communication skills\nAbility to work in a team\nTime management and adaptability
